This simple but cozy Studio for 2 to 3 people is located on the second floor of the apartment house and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

In the same room there is a double bed, an extra bed and a small kitchen equipped with basic items for preparing simple meals. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located inside the unit.
Within the house, guests have access to a shared swimming pool, a terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue, and a washing machine located in a common area.

The room is equipped with SAT-TV, internet, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, all included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad is a charming Mediterranean town with clear sea, promenades, taverns, a fisherman's atmosphere and a warm atmosphere that captivates. The room is the perfect base for exploring western Istria, and an even more perfect place for a peaceful return at the end of the day.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
