Flego Room 3 R2+1

This practical room for 2 to 3 people is located on the second floor of an apartment house in a quiet part of Novigrad.

The space is organized in an open plan: a double bed, an extra bed for a third person and a small kitchen with basic equipment for preparing simple meals. A bathroom with a shower and a toilet is located within the unit. There is also a balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings.
Within the house, guests have access to a shared swimming pool, a terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue, and a washing machine located in a common area.

The price includes SAT-TV, internet, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad is known for its charm: clear sea, picturesque streets, excellent restaurants, cycling paths along the coast and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere that will win you over at first sight.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
