This spacious apartment for 6 to 8 people is located on the first floor of an apartment house in a quiet part of Novigrad.

It consists of three bedrooms, a large living room with a dining area and a kitchen, and two bathrooms with a shower and toilet. The living room can sleep two additional people, and there is also a spacious balcony overlooking the city, ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings.
The house also has a swimming pool and a terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue, which are shared with other guests of the house.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, internet, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, all included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad is a charming town that will delight you with beautiful beaches and excellent local restaurants. Enjoy walks through narrow stone streets, exploring the old town and coastal promenades.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
