Located on the second floor of an apartment house, this cozy room for 2 to 3 people offers simple, practical and relaxed accommodation.

The space includes a double bed, an extra bed and a small kitchen equipped with the basics - for preparing simple meals. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located inside the unit.
Within the house, guests have access to a shared swimming pool, a terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue, and a washing machine located in a common area.

SAT-TV, internet, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included, and pets are not allowed.

• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
