The studio apartment offers a comfortable double bed, a practical kitchen equipped with the basics for preparing meals, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a balcony with a table and chairs.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price, and a garage is provided for bicycles and sports equipment. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Fermići, a quiet and picturesque place near Mareda, offers beautiful nature and numerous recreational opportunities. Just a few minutes' drive away is the charming town of Novigrad. Stroll through its narrow streets, visit historical sights and enjoy local cuisine in numerous restaurants and taverns.
