The studio apartment offers a comfortable bedroom, a functional kitchen equipped with the basics for preparing meals, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a terrace with a table and chairs - ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included, and a garage is provided for bicycles and sports equipment. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Fermići, a quiet place near Mareda, provides the perfect environment for relaxation and recreation. The proximity of the picturesque town of Novigrad further enriches your stay.
