Located in a charming old silo, on the second and third floors of this historic building, our apartment offers comfortable accommodation for 2 to 4 people.

The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a practical living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a balcony with a table and chairs.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price, and a garage is provided for bicycles and sports equipment. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Fermići, a quiet place near Mareda, is the perfect starting point for exploring Istria. The proximity of the picturesque town of Novigrad will further enrich your stay. Discover historical sights, stroll through the old town and enjoy local delicacies in numerous restaurants and taverns.
