The apartment consists of a comfortable double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with basic items for preparing simple meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and there is also a terrace with furniture, ideal for outdoor living.

Included in the price are SAT-TV, internet, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, and guests also have two bicycles at their disposal - free of charge. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.
