Located in beautiful Novigrad, our apartment is spread over two floors of a family house and is ideal for a comfortable stay for up to 6 people.

On the first floor there is a modern kitchen with a dining room - fully equipped with all the necessary things, a spacious living room, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There is also a balcony, perfect for outdoor gatherings.
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds, an additional bathroom and a balcony.

The apartment is equipped with SAT-TV, internet and air conditioning, and bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad is known for its rich history, picturesque streets and enchanting coast. Take a walk through the old town, explore local attractions and enjoy authentic Istrian cuisine in numerous restaurants and taverns.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
