Welcome to our spacious apartment for 6 people, located in beautiful Novigrad, Istria. It is spread over two floors of a family house, providing you with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

On the first floor there is a modern kitchen with a dining room, a spacious living room, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There is also a comfortable balcony, the perfect place for morning coffee or evenings with your favorite drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease.

The second floor offers additional space for relaxation with two bedrooms with double beds and a second bathroom. There is also a second balcony, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.

The apartment is equipped with SAT-TV, internet and air conditioning, and bed linen and towels are included in the price, providing you with everything you need for a carefree stay.

Novigrad is known for its rich history, picturesque streets and enchanting coast. Take a walk through the old town, explore local sights and enjoy authentic Istrian cuisine in numerous restaurants and taverns. The city also offers various activities such as cycling, sailing and walks by the sea, providing you with unforgettable moments.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
