Located on the second floor of a family house, our comfortable studio apartment for 2 people is ideal for couples who want peace and comfort.

The studio offers a double bed, a functional kitchen equipped with the basics for preparing meals, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony with a view of the city for relaxing moments outdoors.
Guests have access to SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN and bed linen – all included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad is one of the most charming towns on the Istrian coast – known for its crystal clear sea, authentic Istrian cuisine and well-maintained beaches.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
