The apartment consists of one room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with the basic things for preparing meals, and a practically furnished bathroom with shower and toilet. The studio also has a terrace with a table and chairs - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN and bed linen - all included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Novigrad, just a few minutes drive or pleasant walk from the beach, the old town, restaurants, shops and the numerous amenities offered by this picturesque Istrian town.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
