This comfortable apartment is located in the charming Novigrad in Istria on the first floor and is ideal for 4 people.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, equipped with basic amenities, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guests also have access to a shared terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening socializing. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and is available to all guests of the apartment.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, and bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed at an additional cost.

Novigrad, with its rocky beaches and clear sea, is known for its peaceful atmosphere and rich history. Take a walk through the old town, enjoy the local cuisine, or explore the nearby vineyards and olive groves.

Note: There is no parking space directly next to the house. Parking is available in public parking lots within a 500 m radius (for a fee).

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.

• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
