Just 20 meters from the crystal clear sea, this spacious apartment on the first floor is the perfect choice for 4 to 5 people.
It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with an extra bed and a kitchen with a dining area equipped for preparing simple meals. There are also two bathrooms with a shower and toilet, as well as a terrace with a sea view.Guests have access to SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels - all included in the price. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
The apartment is located in a quiet part of Novigrad, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, promenade and restaurants with local delicacies. Novigrad is a charming Istrian town that combines a rich history with modern amenities.
Note: There is no parking space directly next to the house. Parking is available in public parking lots within a radius of 500 m (for a fee).

Dear Sanja, We would like to thank you a lot for our stay in Novigrad. The accommodation was really great. Nice two bedrooms with two bathrooms - so each couple had privacy, very well equipped kitchen, living room and terrace. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. Perfect location, close to the beach, close to the city center, surrounded by very good restaurants, I would mention especially Ristorante STARS and Konoba cod Kristiajna, where we always enjoy not only super nice food but also very friendly staff. We will definitely come back again soon :)

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Nach der Renovierung sind wir begeistert vom neuen Bett. Es war in 14 Tagen wundervoll - wie immer. Kleine Fehler waren, das Fernsehen im rechten Schlafzimmer hat nicht funktioniert und im linken Bad lief das Wasser in der Dusche sehr schlecht ab, sodass man bei jeder Dusche bis zum Knöchel in Wasser stand beim Austritt. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten sind wir mehr als zufrieden und werden sicher auch ein viertes Mal buchen!

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kind bereits 2019 in dieser Wohnung und jetzt, 2020, nochmal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Es ist alles sehr sauber und recht modern bis auf die Betten - fie könnten tatsächlich mal erneuert werden. Dennoch vergebe ich volle Punktzahl. Wir sind begeistert und kommen auch 2021 wieder.
