Located on the first floor of a family house, the apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen equipped with basic amenities, a practical bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony with a table and chairs - perfect for morning relaxation or evening socializing.

The price includes SAT-TV, air conditioning, free internet, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.

Novigrad captivates with its authentic atmosphere, historic center, seaside promenades and top-notch gastronomic experiences. It is an ideal starting point for exploring Istria - whether you like beaches, cultural attractions, sports or just relaxing with a glass of local wine.
