It is located on the ground floor of a family house and is ideal for couples, small families or friends. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a kitchen equipped with basic amenities, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a cozy terrace with a table and chairs - perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, air conditioning, internet, bed linen and towels - all included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.

Novigrad enchants with its picturesque old town, well-maintained beaches, excellent restaurants and a casual Mediterranean atmosphere - ideal for escaping everyday life and enjoying the true Istrian atmosphere.
