The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for an extra person, and a kitchen equipped with basic items for preparing meals. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a terrace with a sea view - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation at sunset.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

The apartment is located in a quiet street, and in the immediate vicinity you will find beaches, promenades, restaurants with Istrian specialties and everything you need for a carefree vacation.

Novigrad is a picturesque town on the west coast of Istria, known for its clear sea, rich history and relaxed atmosphere. Stroll through the old town, explore local galleries, taste fresh fish and local wine – and experience the charms of the Mediterranean at its best.

Please note: Directly to the property there is no parking. One parking place is situated ca. 500m from the apartment and it is free of charge.
