This apartment for up to 3 persons is situated on the ground floor and consists of one bedroom, a living room with one sofa bed and a kitchen with dinning room. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. In addition there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a lovely terrace with furniture and with partial sea view. SAT-TV, internet, air condition, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed on charge.

Please note: Directly to the property there is no parking. One parking place is situated ca. 500m from the apartment and it is free of charge.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
