The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for an additional two people, and a kitchen with a dining area equipped with basic items for preparing meals. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a terrace with a sea view - the perfect place for morning coffee or evening socializing.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Novigrad, near the beach, restaurants, shops and seaside promenades.
Novigrad is one of the most beautiful Istrian towns - known for its crystal clear sea, charming old town, excellent gastronomy and relaxed atmosphere.
