The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a living room and a kitchen equipped with basic amenities. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a balcony with a seating area that provides additional comfort. 

Guests have access to SAT-TV, free WLAN and bed linen - all included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Novigrad, close to all amenities - beaches, shops, restaurants and promenades are within a short walking distance. Novigrad is a picturesque Istrian town that enchants with its Mediterranean soul.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
