Located on the first floor of a family house, just 250 meters from the sea, this cozy apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 3 people.

It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a kitchen with a dining area equipped with basic amenities, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a balcony with a sea view - a perfect place to spend time outdoors.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, WLAN and bed linen - all included in the price. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, but they are not allowed to stay on the beds.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Novigrad, a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and the seaside promenade. Novigrad is a picturesque town that combines a Mediterranean atmosphere with an authentic Istrian atmosphere.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
• Pets: on daily charge
