The house Niva is situated close to the beach in the new part of Novigrad (Karpinjan). It is situated about 250 m from the nearest beach, about 50 m from the nearest restaurant and the nearest shop is about 50 m away. Within the house there are two apartments.
Both apartments have surface area of 40m². It for up to 4 persons and it is situated on the ground floor. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, one living room with one sofa bed for 2 persons and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. In addition there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a nice terrace with furniture and a garden.
SAT-TV, air condition, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price, pets are not allowed.
