It consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a spacious living room with access to a covered balcony, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs from which there is a panoramic view of the city and nature.
SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

The residential building is located in a prime location, just 2 km from the sea and beautifully landscaped beaches. It is perfect for cycling enthusiasts, due to the immediate proximity of numerous road, combined or MTB off-road trails.
