This modern house is located in a quiet part of Novigrad, short walk to the beaches and Old Town giving guests an easy access to local attractions and activities.
It offers comfortable accommodation for 4 to 6 people. The house is spread over two floors and has two spacious terraces.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed. The living room is connected to the dining room, fully equipment kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washer/dryer combo, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a patio with garden furniture and barbeque. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with two single beds. The rooftop terrace has a sea view and features a jacuzzi and garden furniture.

Linens, towels, coffee machine with pods, shampoo and basic toiletries are provided. For additional comfort, we offer guests the possibility of using bicycles, baby cot, and baby feeding chair on request.
Enjoy the proximity to the sea, charming restaurants and shops offered by this picturesque Istrian town. 

Note: Young groups are not allowed to stay. Pets are not allowed.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
