Villa Steffanie A10+2

The villa Steffanie is  haus up to 12 persons on three floors and has a surface of 200m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected with kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffe maker. In the basement of the house is one little kitchen with livingroom, one double bedroom, one four bed bedroom ( with double and bunk bed) and one bathroom. Two double bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the first floor of the house. All rooms in the house are air conditioned.  The villa has a spacious garden with privat pool,  barbecue and garden furniture. Private parking, SAT-TV, air condition, washing machine, dish washer, internet and pool are included in the price. Pets are welcome on charge.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
• Pets: on daily charge
