Villa Kabo A6+1

The villa Kabo is situated on two floors and has a surface of 250m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected with kitchen. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and dish washer. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor, each equipped with double bed, 3 bathrooms fully furnished and equipped as well as one toilet. The villa has a spacious terrace, a lovely roof terrace overlooking the sea, and a garden with private swimming pool. Private parking, SAT-TV, air condition, washing machine, dish washer, internet and pool are included in the price. Pets are welcome on charge.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
