Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in Novigrad, Istria! This charming house extends over two floors offering comfortable accommodation for your family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen with a dining room, a comfortable living room and a modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, so you can enjoy preparing your meals.

On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, and an additional bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, a spacious terrace with a barbecue awaits you, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals, while you can seek refreshment in the private pool.

The price includes many amenities such as parking, SAT TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, internet and swimming pool, ensuring you a pleasant and carefree stay.

In addition to enjoying the comfort of our villa, explore the beauties of Novigrad and its surroundings. This picturesque Istrian town enchants with its rich history, beautiful beaches and excellent gastronomic offer. Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 12,00 eur/day per pet.
Payment is at the agency and can be paid in cash or by card.

• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
