Casa Erik, an authentic holiday home that has been furnished with attention to detail, is on two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for family or friends. On the ground floor of the house is a kitchen with a dining room, a living room and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are on the first floor. Outside you will find a large covered and fully equipped summer kitchen with a wood and gas grill. There are sun loungers by the pool as well as an outside shower. Two parking spaces, satellite TV (in each bedroom and in the living room), air conditioning (one on each floor), washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, internet and pool are included in the price. Small pets are welcome at an additional cost.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
