The villa features four spacious bedrooms with double beds, each with its own private bathroom. The bright and modern living room is connected to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease.

The villa's outdoor area is a true highlight. The private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a beautifully maintained garden. The spacious covered terrace with barbecue facilities provides the perfect setting for spending time together and enjoying outdoor dinners. For complete relaxation, guests can enjoy the jacuzzi on the upper terrace with sea views and the private sauna. A fitness area is also available for those who wish to stay active during their holiday.

The villa offers satellite TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, while bed linen and towels are included in the price. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge, and pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Novigrad is one of the most charming towns on the western coast of Istria, known for its picturesque old town, beautiful sunsets, well-maintained beaches and excellent gastronomy. Its narrow cobbled streets, welcoming restaurants and scenic seaside promenades create an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

Please note: Pool heating is available for an additional charge of €20 per day. Pets are welcome for a fee of €20 per pet per day, subject to prior confirmation. Both additional fees must be paid in cash upon arrival.
