Villa Morning Glory A6+2

The Villa Morning Glory is situated on two floors and has a surface of 140m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected with kitchen. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffe maker. There are total three bedrooms each with double bed (one on the ground floor and two on the first floor). Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, each of them equipped with a double bed, air condition and SAT-TV. There are 2 bathrooms. The villa has a spacious terrace with barbecue, a lovely garden and private swimming pool. Private parking, SAT-TV, air condition, washing machine, dish washer, internet and pool are included in the price. Pets are welcome on charge.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax - per person daily:

  Children up to 12 years	GRATIS

• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• Pets: on daily charge
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
