Casa Luca A8+2

This holiday home for 8 to 10 people consists of three units, all located on the ground floor. First, there is a large apartment with three bedrooms and one sofa bed for two people, two bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine. Second, there is a studio apartment for two people with a double bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen. And thirdly, there is a tavern with an equipped kitchen, a large indoor fireplace and a bathroom.


The house also has a large terrace with a barbecue, a swimming pool for private use and a private parking lot. SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. A deposit of 400 euros is required.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
