The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to the dining room and a modern kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals. There is also an additional guest bathroom, as well as a sauna for moments of complete relaxation. The living room opens onto a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, located by the pool - the perfect place for long summer evenings and enjoying the outdoors.

On the first floor there are three elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, providing additional privacy and comfort for all guests. Two bedrooms have access to a shared balcony with a view of the surroundings.
A special impression is made by the large, green and fully fenced garden that provides peace, privacy and enough space to relax by the pool or spend time in the fresh air.

Internet, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

The villa is located in Novigrad - a charming Istrian town known for its pleasant atmosphere, cobbled streets of the old town, beautiful Riviera and excellent gastronomic offer. Nearby there are numerous beaches, cycling and hiking trails, wine roads and picturesque Istrian villages, ideal for exploring the interior and coast of Istria.

This is an ideal choice for guests looking for modern accommodation, privacy, a little luxury and a real Mediterranean holiday - without the crowds, but with everything at hand.

• Residence tax is included in price.

• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
