Located in picturesque Novigrad, in Istria, this holiday home will provide you with the perfect combination of comfort and Mediterranean charm. The house is spread over two floors and is ideal for groups of up to 10 people.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room, ideal for social gatherings. The kitchen with dining room is equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals from local delicacies. Two comfortable bedrooms and a practically equipped bathroom provide everything you need for a pleasant stay.

On the second floor, you will find another spacious living room and a kitchen with a dining room. The balcony with a view of the surrounding landscape will provide you with perfect moments of relaxation after a day spent exploring the surroundings. Three additional bedrooms ensure privacy for all guests, and the second bathroom, equally spacious and practical, provides complete comfort.

The outdoor space of the house is a real oasis of peace - a garden with greenery and a barbecue, a swimming pool with deckchairs and an outdoor shower make it the perfect place to relax under the sun. Enjoy swimming or simply relax in the shade, while evenings can be spent outdoors, absorbing the sounds of nature.

Parking is provided, and SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price, to make you feel at home.

Novigrad is a charming town located on the west coast of Istria, known for its narrow streets, authentic architecture and rich history. Discover local restaurants offering fresh fish and fine wines, take a walk along the seafront or explore historical sites such as the city walls. The surrounding beaches, known for their crystal clear sea, are only a short walk from the house, making it the perfect place for a vacation.

• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
