Villa Elorea A6

The Villa Elorea it's three bedroom house on the ground floor. There is a spacious living room and a kitchen with dining room, two bathrooms and one toilet. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffe maker. There are three bedrooms, each with its own SAT-TV and air condition. The villa has a spacious garden, summer kitchen with barbecue, outdoor furniture and lounge sitting area. There is also a private swimming pool and a playroom for everyone to enjoy. Private parking, SAT-TV, air condition, washing machine, dish washer, internet and pool are included in the price. Pets are not welcome.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
