The casa Isabel is situated on two floors and has a surface of 140m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected with kitchen. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffe maker. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each of them equipped with a double bed and a SAT-TV. There are 3 bathrooms - one bathroom has access only from one bedroom, second has shower and toilet and third has just toilet. The villa has a spacious terrace with barbecue, a lovely garden and private swimming pool. Private parking, SAT-TV, air condition, washing machine, dish washer, internet and pool are included in the price. Pets are not welcome.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
