The Villa Violet is situated on the ground floor and has a surface of 120m2. There is a spacious living room with sofa bed connected with kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffe maker. There are two bedrooms (one with double bed and one single bed and another with double bed), air condition and SAT-TV. There are 2 bathrooms. The villa has a spacious terrace with barbecue, a lovely garden and private swimming pool. Private parking, SAT-TV, air condition, washing machine, dish washer, internet and pool are included in the price. Pets are welcome on charge.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax - per person daily:

• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• Pets: on daily charge
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
