This double room is located on the first floor of a family house, in a quiet part of Novigrad, about 4 km from the sea and the city bustle. It is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for simple but comfortable accommodation as a base for exploring the beauties of Istria.

The room contains a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a refrigerator for basic necessities. 

SAT-TV, WLAN, bed linen and towels are available - all included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.

Novigrad offers the perfect blend of tradition and modern tourism - the charming old town, seaside promenades, excellent restaurants and numerous cycling trails make it an unmissable destination for relaxation and exploration.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
