Surrounded by a large olive grove and lush greenery, this villa offers a unique blend of Istrian charm and complete peace.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, and has three comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms that guarantee privacy and comfort. There is also a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a covered terrace with barbecue is perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings. There is also a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor shower and a large garden for true outdoor enjoyment.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, internet, bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

The sea and the center of Novigrad are only a few minutes' drive away, where charming streets, excellent restaurants, wineries and historical sights await you.
