The villa Ortensia is situated on two floors and has a surface of 161m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected with kitchen. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffe maker. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two of them equipped with double beds and one with two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms fully furnished and equipped, and one toilet on the ground floor. The villa has a spacious terrace with barbecue, a lovely garden and private swimming pool. Private parking, SAT-TV, air condition, washing machine, dish washer, internet and pool are included in the price. Pets are welcome on charge.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax - per person daily:

• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• Pets: on daily charge
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
