This modern villa for 6 people is located in Novigrad and offers the ideal combination of privacy, comfort and an elegant Mediterranean atmosphere for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to the dining room and a modern kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals. There is also an additional guest bathroom, as well as a sauna for moments of complete relaxation. The living room opens onto a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, located by the pool - the perfect place for long summer evenings and enjoying the outdoors.

On the first floor there are three elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, providing additional privacy and comfort for all guests. Two bedrooms have access to a shared balcony with a view of the surroundings. A special impression is made by the large, green and fully fenced garden that provides peace, privacy and enough space to relax by the pool or spend time in the fresh air.

Internet, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. 
Pets are not allowed.
A deposit of 200.00 EUR is required for the stay.

The villa is located in Novigrad - a charming Istrian town known for its pleasant atmosphere, cobbled streets of the old town, beautiful Riviera and excellent gastronomic offer. Nearby there are numerous beaches, cycling and hiking trails, wine roads and picturesque Istrian villages, ideal for exploring the interior and coast of Istria.

Villa Nona Sonja is not just a vacation home –
it is a story of love, family and memories that will remain in your heart forever. The villa is named after our beloved mother and grandmother Sonja, a woman with a big heart, incredible strength and unconditional love for her family. After a brave and dignified fight with a serious illness, she unfortunately left us too early. Sonja was a miracle of a woman – always ready to help, hug, comfort and bring her family together at the same table. That is exactly why we created this villa in her honor – as a place where families and friends will gather, laugh, relax and create memories that will last a lifetime. We hope that at Villa Nona Sonja you will feel at least some of the warmth, peace and love that she selflessly gave to everyone around her.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
