On the first floor there is a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area - equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the second floor you will find another spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a balcony with a view of the surrounding landscape, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The outdoor area of ​​the house is a true oasis of peace - a garden with greenery and a barbecue, a swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower

Parking is provided, and SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad is a charming town located on the western coast of Istria, known for its narrow streets, authentic architecture and rich history. Discover local restaurants, stroll along the waterfront or explore historical sights such as the city walls.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
