Just a few steps from the sea, this spacious holiday home is located in the quiet village of Sv. Ivan, near Lovrečica and Umag. The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people.

On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom, and a spacious terrace with a barbecue.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Sv. Ivan is a quiet coastal village perfect for relaxation, while Lovrečica is known for its pebble beaches, seaside promenades and authentic fishing village atmosphere. Umag is also nearby - a lively Istrian town with a rich history, excellent restaurants, sports events and a charming old town.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.

• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
