Our beautiful holiday home located in Zambratija is perfect for families or a group of friends and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds. On the first floor there is another comfortable living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and two additional bedrooms with double beds. Both floors have a terrace/balcony with a seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening gatherings.
The house has a beautiful garden where there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a summer kitchen with the basics for preparing meals outdoors. Private parking and a beautifully landscaped garden ensure your privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

The price includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels.

Zambratija is a quiet seaside town just a few minutes' drive from Umag, known for its historical sites, charming streets and rich gastronomic offer. Istria is a paradise for wine and gastronomy lovers, and nearby you can enjoy numerous wineries and restaurants with local specialties.

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 10.00 eur/day, per pet.
Payment is made at the agency and can be paid in cash or by card.
