Welcome to our authentic holiday home located in the heart of the old town of Novigrad, in Istria! This charming house extends over two floors and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, perfect for relaxing with family or friends.

On the first floor of the house there are two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor you will find a spacious living room, a practically equipped kitchen with a dining area and a pleasant terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can sleep two more people.

The price includes SAT TV, air conditioning, internet, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

Note: The house is located in the old town, there is no parking space directly next to the house, but one free parking space is available in the public parking lot within a radius of 1000 m from the apartment. During the summer season, the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to get to the house by car only for 15 minutes to load/unload luggage.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
