An oasis of peace and comfort awaits you in the beautiful village of Bužinija, located not far from the picturesque Novigrad in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. Our holiday home will provide you with an unforgettable stay with family or friends.

The house offers enough space for a comfortable stay for up to six people. There are three double beds and three bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery, while the living room leads to a terrace overlooking the private pool.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, free WLAN, bed linen and towels - all included in the price.

Novigrad offers an authentic experience of Istrian cuisine in numerous restaurants and taverns, where you can taste local delicacies. Explore the coast, enjoy walks through vineyards or old towns and their sights.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 14.00 eur/day, per pet. Payment is made at the agency and can be paid in cash or by card.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
• Pets: on daily charge
