Situated in a quiet location near the picturesque Novigrad, Villa Romana is an authentic Istrian house decorated with lots of care and love, ideal for an escape from everyday life. Surrounded by a large olive grove and lush greenery, this villa offers a unique blend of Istrian charm and complete peace.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, and has three comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms that guarantee privacy and comfort. There is also a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a covered terrace with barbecue is perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings. There is also a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor shower and a large garden for true outdoor enjoyment.

SAT-TV, air conditioning, internet, bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Charging electric vehicles using the property’s electrical installations is strictly prohibited without the owner’s prior approval.

The sea and the center of Novigrad are only a few minutes' drive away, where charming streets, excellent restaurants, wineries and historical sights await you.

• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
