Villa Romana A6+2

Villa Romana, an authentic Istrian house decorated with love with an emphasis on detail, is located in Novigrad, only 1500 meters from the sea and the center. The villa has its own pool and is surrounded by 2500m2 of greenery and olive trees. The villa can accommodate up to eight people, which makes it ideal for family or friends. It contains a living room, kitchen with dining room, three bedrooms - each with its own bathroom and one separate toilet. Outside you can find a 40m2 covered terrace with barbecue and dining area. There are sun loungers and parasols by the pool as well as an outdoor shower. Pets are welcome at an additional cost.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
