This modern three-storey terraced house is located in a quiet part of Novigrad – close enough to the centre and the sea, and is ideal for 4 to 6 people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to the dining room and kitchen – equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a balcony, and an additional bathroom, and two more people can sleep comfortably in the living room. On the roof terrace there is a jacuzzi and garden furniture, and on the ground floor there is a spacious terrace for relaxing and a barbecue.

The price includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

The house is a short walk from beautiful beaches and the old town. Novigrad is a town that smells of the sea, has the charm of old stone streets and offers numerous restaurants, promenades and local attractions.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
