This modern three-storey terraced house is located in a quiet part of Novigrad – close enough to the center and the sea, and is ideal for 4 to 6 people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to the dining room and kitchen – equipped with all the basic things for preparing meals, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own balcony, and an additional bathroom, and two additional people can sleep comfortably in the living room. The roof terrace has a jacuzzi and garden furniture, and in the courtyard there is a swimming pool, a spacious terrace for relaxation and a barbecue.

The price includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

The house is a short walk from beautiful beaches and the old town. Novigrad is a city that smells of the sea, has the charm of old stone streets and offers numerous restaurants, promenades and local attractions.s.

• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
