Welcome to our beautiful house in Novigrad, located in the heart of enchanting Istria! This charming two-story home offers comfortable accommodation for up to four people, perfect for families or small groups of friends.

On the ground floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen connected to a spacious living and dining area, as well as a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the living room has access to a terrace and a lovely garden. The terrace features comfortable seating and a barbecue, perfect for relaxed evenings with a view of the sunset.

Upstairs, there are three cozy bedrooms and another bathroom, providing you with privacy and comfort throughout your stay. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, internet, and satellite TV, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout your trip.

In addition to enjoying the comfort of our home, you have the opportunity to explore the magical surroundings of Novigrad. This charming town offers a rich history, beautiful beaches, traditional Istrian cuisine, and much more to explore. Take a stroll through the old town streets, visit local markets, enjoy local wines and olive oil, or simply relax on the nearby beach and soak in the crystal-clear sea.

• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
