With this hospitable home at your disposal, you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house offers enough space for a comfortable stay for up to six people. There are three comfortable double beds, ensuring a restful sleep after an exciting day of exploration, as well as three bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, providing you with space to enjoy shared meals and socializing. The kitchen has direct access to a terrace offering an idyllic view of the surrounding greenery, while the living room leads to a terrace overlooking the pool.

Our spacious garden is enriched with a private pool, an ideal oasis for refreshing dips on warm summer days. There are also comfortable terraces equipped with seating areas, perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or evening gatherings.

In addition to enjoying the comforts of our home, Bužinija and Novigrad offer a wealth of cultural and natural attractions. The stunning nature of the Istrian peninsula stands out, where you can explore untouched coastlines, enjoy walks through picturesque vineyards, or explore ancient towns and their landmarks.

Moreover, Novigrad offers an authentic experience of Istrian cuisine in numerous restaurants and taverns, where you can taste local delicacies such as freshly caught fish, truffles, and homemade wine.

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 14,00 eur/day per pet.
Payment is at the agency and can be paid in cash or by card.

• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
