Inside the villa, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room, where you can prepare delicious meals with fresh local ingredients. From the spacious living room, you have direct access to a beautiful terrace of 20 m2, where you can enjoy fresh air and a beautiful view of the environment.

The villa has 2 comfortable bedrooms, which allows you to sleep peacefully and renew your energy. There is also a practical bathroom with a shower. A hairdryer and an iron are also available. The courtyard of the villa offers 4 comfortable sunbeds, where you can relax reading a book or sunbathe while enjoying the warm Istrian sun.

Villa Marlene also gives you the convenience of 2 parking spaces, so you can easily explore the surrounding area and nearby towns.

• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
