Welcome to our comfortable apartment for 4 people, located on the second floor of a residential building in beautiful Novigrad, Istria.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room and a dining area - equipped with the basic things for preparing meals, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. There is also a balcony ideal for enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful view.

Guests have access to SAT-TV, air conditioning, WLAN, bed linen and towels - all included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Novigrad, known for its rich history and beautiful beaches, offers an unforgettable experience for all visitors. Stroll through the narrow streets of the old town, explore historical sights, enjoy local cuisine and discover the beauty of the Adriatic Sea.

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning.
• Residence tax is included in price.
• Registration fee: 5,00 EUR per person (one-time).
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
